DCU Drama presents the award winning musical RENT

Take a trip to the 1980’s bohemian Alphabet City, consumed by poverty set during the HIV/AIDS epidemic in Lower Manhattan. Aspiring filmmaker Mark Cohen sets out to shoot his new film, recording events of love, loss and absolute anarchy alongside his roommate Roger Davis, a HIV positive musician, who are both struggling to make ends meet. The two find themselves in a diverse group of characters portraying the spectacular yet raw and emotional story accompanied by an incredible rock opera score from start to finish.
