Were happy to announce the cast for our only flagship contemporary play in Semester 2, Almost, Maine. This show is a series of 9 short plays taking place across the fictional town of Almost, Maine, a town that almost doesn’t exist. Exploring the meanings of love and loss with bizarre but relatable scenarios, this play tackles love and comedy whimsically and charmingly, the short stories place realism and magic side by side, showcasing all sides of romantic comedy.
Congratulations to all those who made it into the show, and well done to all who auditioned, our director Conall Molloy had this to say “Hey folks. Firstly I want to thank everyone who auditioned over the last two days! We were truly blown away by the amount of talent on show. Everyone who came should have gotten an email by now. If that email says you got a callback, then a massive congratulations. If it does not, then don’t get down, and don’t let it discourage you, as it’s by no means a reflection of a lack of talent on your side, but rather an indicator of an abundance of talent on ALL sides.”.
So without further ado here is the cast of Almost, Maine!
